Judy Allen serves as Administrative Coordinator for Rene Payne and the included team, providing essential organizational and administrative support across the studio’s work. A longstanding contributor, she helps bring order, consistency, and continuity to scheduling, weekly coordination, and the many moving parts of client projects. Working closely with Rene, Judy supports communication, planning, and day-to-day operations, helping ensure that priorities remain aligned and projects move forward with clarity. Her steady presence and attention to detail are an integral part of the collaborative structure of included.

Janette Chi is a graphic designer based in Rhode Island, holding a BFA from the RISD and over a decade of experience creating purposeful, strategic designs. Janette has supported included working on branding, collateral, and web extensions for RISD, Harvard Medical School. She has transformed her clients' ideas into compelling visual narratives that inspire action and amplify their message.

Bobby Joe Smith III is a Black and Indigenous designer and media artist from the Hunkpapa and Oohenumpa Lakota tribes. Design, computation, performance, writing, and lens-based image-making are mediums of expression and inquiry he turns to often. His creative practice is rooted in the ongoing decolonial and abolitionist movements led by Indigenous communities on Turtle Island and across the Black diaspora.

Zoë Pulley is a designer and maker who uses “stuff” to surface the seemingly ordinary stories of Black life through mixed media, typography, and audio. She defines “stuff” as physical and nonphysical artifacts that may be overlooked or dismissed as unimportant, yet hold meaning, memory, and possibility. Zoë serves as Creative Lead for the Emmett Till Memory Project and as a brand consultant for Black Press@200, bringing a fresh, grounded perspective and thoughtful approach to storytelling, identity, and cultural memory.

Vincent Braithwaite is a Caribbean American catalyst working at the intersection of technology, design, and entrepreneurship, transforming bold ideas into products that empower people and communities. He is the founder of Gidens, an AI small-business assistant, and has led global design programs at GitHub and InVision while speaking internationally on design leadership. Vincent supports the included team as web development lead for Esther Armah’s multimedia digital village Moving Masculinity.

Soul Brown is a research strategist and former Director of Research at RISD, where she has launched major initiatives and helped significantly expand research funding. With more than $25 million raised for educational, nonprofit, and cultural projects, she brings deep expertise in research, funding strategy, and institutional development. Terésa J. Carter is a seasoned communications consultant with more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, writing and editing, and event planning. Her work spans community and government organizations and higher education, guided by a collaborative approach and a commitment to diversity, equity, and social justice. A longtime collaborator with FAVOR Design and Communications since its inception, Terésa has contributed to projects including COVID Black and work with Esther Armah. She also serves as an advisor to the Emmett Till Memory Project.
